Our Shipping Policy
We ship all orders on the day they were received, as long as they are placed before 2:00pm on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be sent out the following business day.
You can pay for orders of any weight be sent on a 24-hour courier delivery by contacting us before you place your order.
We find most UK orders arrive within 2-3 business days, though Royal Mail advise that it can take up to two weeks for delivery during busy periods. If you are expecting your delivery has been delayed, please contact your local Royal Mail depot directly.
Royal Mail do not provide us with tracking information as standard, and we are therefore unable to provide you with details about the whereabouts of your parcel once it has left our offices.
Please note that packs of card blanks and envelopes incur an extra charge of £2 per pack when being shipping internationally.

Damaged Parcels
Where possible, orders are shipped in packaging designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox. Regrettably, we are unable to pass long special delivery requests for larger parcels.
It is our policy to package our products securely for safe delivery to you. If you receive a parcel that is damaged (beyond what could reasonably be expected to occur in transit), please send photos of the damaged goods, along with your invoice number, to hello@splashcrafts.com. Bear in mind that we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or missing parcels which have been left in an unsecured area or delivered to anyone besides the named recipient.
Out of Stock Items
If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will make a note of the missing items on the invoice included with your delivery, and we will refund you the cost of those items. If the refunds for Out of Stock items cause the price of your order to fall below the £20 required to qualify for free shipping, we will not charge you for shipping.
We want you to receive all your crafty goodies, so if an out of stock item is likely to be back in stock shortly, we will retain your order for a few days to wait for the missing items to arrive. If you need your order ASAP, and would NOT like us to hold your order in case of a missing item, please specify this in the "additional comments" section when placing your order.
